Shipping and Exchanges
Although Careplan Medical and its suppliers strive to be accurate in their product descriptions, we cannot guarantee that they are error-free or completely accurate. Suppose a product received is not as described. In that case, the customer’s only remedy is to return the item in unused condition for a refund.
Shipping costs in your cart are estimated based on your chosen shipping method and destination address (one location in the United States). The size and weight of some items may result in special handling charges from the carrier. After the final processing of your order, any such changes in shipping cost will be communicated to customers through email. Shipping costs and rates may be subject to change without notice.
Within 30 days of delivery, most unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund. If a return is due to seller error (defective or incorrect item), the seller will pay the shipping cost. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Custom-made items and special orders are non-returnable. Please thoroughly review custom items before placing an order.
Don't hesitate to contact us by email or phone to initiate a return. A return code will be given for this purpose. Items returned without a return code are not eligible for refunds.
